Arrival, Conduct, and Safety

• Arrival: Please be at the designated departure point five minutes before departure. Delays may not extend the charter duration.
• Conduct: The safety and enjoyment of everyone on board are paramount. Decisions on charter continuation in the event of late arrivals, adverse weather, or unsafe guest behavior remain at our discretion.
• Safety: Skippers and guides hold ultimate authority on all charters, ensuring safety. Adherence to their instructions is obligatory.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Adverse Weather Conditions and Unforeseeable Events

In scenarios of cancellations due to adverse weather, mechanical failures, or force majeure, clients have the option to cancel or reschedule. Full refunds of deposits will be promptly issued, with no further liabilities on our part.

Client Cancellations

Should clients cancel for any reason, notification in writing is required. Recognizing that unforeseen circumstances arise:

• Full refunds are granted for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Deposits for cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, allocated to cover the reserved booking and mitigate potential booking losses.
